Epicurean Market is back again! For the fourth year running, this culinary extravaganza held annually at Marina Bay Sands promises to not just provide attendees with a bevy of gastronomic riches, but also to usher in a number of celebrity chefs.
If anything, the 2016 edition is promising to be the biggest, the grandest and most exciting yet.
In case you are not familiar with this event, it is a combination of farmer's market, masterclasses and of course, gourmet food stalls that will deliver specially crafted dishes for the occasion.
This year, it will be held from Aug 12 to 14, which means this post National Day August weekend might just be the most anticipated for gourmet foodies here in Singapore. In addition, wine and spirits vendors will be on hand to provide the necessary watering requirements.
On a personal note, I am quite excited to be invited to shadow Osteria Mozza's Chef Nancy Silverton on the opening day as a special MBS reporter to see her in action and more importantly, up close as she works her magic during the event.

For the rest of you, this is a no brainer. Some of the best food will be on offer this weekend at MBS and it will be a party atmosphere for sure. And for a 3 day pass, the price of admission is S$35.
