Since the last year when we had to go through a lockdown and stay at home entirely for almost 2 months, we have come up with so many recipes that eventually we decided we should put them up on YouTube.
Hence, at the beginning of 2021, we decided to reshoot all our favourite and most well received Instagram posts.
These new videos are shot entirely on iPhone 12 Pro Max at 4k and most importantly, at High Dynamic Range colour. This means that on screens that support this HDR format, you get to see the recipes in the best possible format.
Also, we started our YouTube channel mainly also because we find it very frustrating to use Instagram to store our recipes. Instagram does not allow our followers to search and find our past recipes easily.
YouTube is a much better repository for recipes as they are very easily searchable and we can even create different playlists for different categories. You can now easily find our rice cooker recipes, our Japanese dishes and even noodle recipes all in one place with ease.
And we are also excited to shoot in a better quality with music to showcase the cooking. We feel it makes for a better overall production and quality to the recipe video. At the same time, the entire recipe text can be found in each of the video, making it easy to refer to as you watch the video.
We hope to create a few videos every week, so check in often to see the latest recipes. At the same time, we hope you can subscribe to our channel so that you can get the latest notifications to our latest uploads.
Thank you for all your support so far, and hope to see all of you over at YouTube!
